Enhanced Stress Resilience Training (ESRT)

This is offered as a follow up course after the Mindfulness for Busy People Session being offered on...More info on that session at this page. ESRT is a 5-week course with 1-hour sessions and it will begin on...When you register for the "Busy People" session, you are automatically registered in ESRT (although there is no obligation to attend--it is just too much trouble to have two registration forms!). ESRT is a very unique program developed by physicians to give busy people rapid access to useful mindfulness skills. For more info, read on!

Enhanced Stress Resilience Training was developed by Dr. Carter Lebares, a surgeon at Univ. of California, San Francisco. It consists of 1-hour sessions that she designed for folks who are super busy but who recognize the value of understanding and training their minds.
