Physicists often have wise sayings. Perhaps it is because they spend their whole lives exploring the fundamental interconnectedness of things. No doubt you are aware of some of Albert Einstein’s quotes, such as this one:
"The intuitive mind is a sacred gift, and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift."
Less well known--but certainly a propos of anything to do with mindfulness--is this quote by Erwin Schrödinger:
“For eternally and always there is only now, one and the same now. The present is the only thing that has no end.”
I thought that was worth putting up because otherwise poor Erwin is mostly notable for being a bane to cat lovers everywhere. (Which also gives me an excuse to use a cute kitten picture!)
